With yesterday’s radio post out of the way, I’d like to dig into Fresno’s music scene. There is music for every flavor in this town. I quite like jazz the most; you never could have guessed it, but Fresno is hopping with jazz. That’s not to say other genres aren’t, they are. There is a complete community of jazz listeners in this town, it’s like its own town...

Some food for thought.
According to the Fresno Bee on January 27th, 2009 the city of Fresno is number one in recycling in all of California. We’re tied in solid waste management with one other city: Huntington Beach.
…I’m just saying.
This is why I love Fresno.

Before there was learning how to teach students, it was definitely a different time. That was until the Normal School. There were few Normal Schools around the country; these were used to create certified teachers to run a classroom and guide students through the proper curriculum to graduate.
